ASPIRED SIA, a trusted manufacturer, guarantees the quality and performance of its product – the AIRVALENT air quality monitor (hereinafter – AIRVALENT / the product). The product is covered by a warranty against defects in material or workmanship and will function according to official specifications for a period of two years. Proper use and adherence to industry standards and handling instructions provided by ASPIRED are required. The warranty does not cover uninterrupted or error-free functioning. Only specifications in ASPIRED official literature are covered. Adaptation to local laws is not considered a defect.
RETURN
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact our Customer Support at support@airvalent.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ventspils Augsto Tehnologiju Parks 1, Ventspils, Latvia, LV-3602.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty applies to AIRVALENT for 24 months from the date of shipment for natural persons, and for 24 months from the date of shipment for legal persons. An invoice specifying the warranty period will be included with the delivered product. No verbal extensions or modifications to the warranty are enforceable.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The Warranty provided by ASPIRED may be voided at ASPIRED's discretion if an ASPIRED manufactured product is damaged due to customer misconduct or acts of nature, including but not limited to: a) improper use of the product by the customer; b) mechanical damage from physical impact; c) moisture or water accumulation in the product's housing; d) damage from environmental events such as wind, hail, rain, animals, or insects; and e.) electromagnetic damage from power surges, overvoltage, or lightning strikes. Additionally, for the Warranty to remain valid, all repairs and modifications, including software, must be performed by ASPIRED. Unauthorized opening or attempted modification or repair of the product, including its software, will void the Warranty. ASPIRED does not authorize any third parties to repair its products.
PRODUCT REPAIRS & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
In the event that an AIRVALENT manufactured product fails to meet the Warranty, ASPIRED will provide the customer with the option to repair or replace the nonfunctioning product as outlined in the return and repair policy below. These options serve as the sole remedy for the customer.
ASPIRED shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of its products, regardless of whether ASPIRED was aware of the possibility of such damages. ASPIRED's maximum liability for any legal claim associated with a sale under these terms or the warranty, whether in contract, tort, law, or equity, shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the product(s). By submitting a purchase order, the customer acknowledges and waives any claims or damages excluded by the aforementioned limitations, including but not limited to personal injuries, lost revenue and profits, technology loss, service rights loss, unfair competition, and commercial losses.
ACCEPTANCE, RETURNS & REPAIRS
If the customer has not received the goods, they can contact ASPIRED for assistance within 60 days of payment by contacting the AIRVALENT Customer Service at support@airvalent.com. No assistance will be provided after this timeframe. The customer should first ensure that the parcel has not been received by anyone else on their premises or left with neighbors, etc.
ASPIRED reserves the right to conduct an investigation for up to 20 days. If ASPIRED decides to compensate the customer for any losses, they may send a new product or refund the price of the ordered product.
For customers who are not satisfied with the received product, the following steps can be taken.
If return is approved by ASPIRED, the product(s) must be returned in unused condition, as brand new, without any defects, dirt, or scratches, and with all original labels and packaging. The customer is responsible for contacting our Customer Service to arrange the shipment back to ASPIRED.
Failure to meet the restocking requirements mentioned above may result in ASPIRED refusing the refund or reducing the refunded amount.
If the customer has not requested restocking, refund, or raised a claim within 60 days of the invoice date, the product (set) will be considered accepted by the customer.
Shipping to ASPIRED
If a failure is discovered in an ASPIRED manufactured product, it should be returned to ASPIRED by contacting our Customer Service and shipping the nonfunctioning product in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to one of the designated facilities.
INSPECTION & REPAIR
Nonfunctioning products will be evaluated and treated as follows:
DOA (Dead on Arrival): Any product found nonfunctioning within 30 days of shipment, except due to customer misuse or mishandling, will be replaced free of charge. ASPIRED will replace AIRVALENT products within 20 business days upon verifying their nonfunctioning status.
Warranty Repair: All products covered by the Warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge within 20 business days of their arrival at ASPIRED's facilities, depending on the circumstances.
Non-warranty Repairs: Some AIRVALENT products are eligible for repair, while others may be non-repairable. ASPIRED will provide options when responding to the respective RMA request. If applicable, ASPIRED will repair a product within 5 years of delivery. Repairs outside the Warranty will be at the customer's expense. A repair quote will be provided via email before or shortly after the product arrives at ASPIRED's facilities. All repair and shipping costs must be paid in advance by the customer. ASPIRED will repair and ship the nonfunctioning product within 20 business days upon receiving full payment for the repairs.
POST-REPAIR WARRANTY
All products repaired by ASPIRED shall be covered by the Warranty for a period of six months from the date of repair. This additional warranty does not reduce any existing warranty periods applicable to the product.
RETURN COSTS
If a product is covered by the Warranty, ASPIRED will bear the shipping costs for its return to the customer. For products outside the Warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from ASPIRED. An estimated return cost will be provided in the repair invoice, which must be paid before ASPIRED returns the repaired product.
SHIPPING & ABANDONMENT
Any non-functioning product left in ASPIRED's possession for three months after the customer receives an invoice for unpaid repairs shall be deemed abandoned. In such cases, the customer forfeits rights to the abandoned products, and ASPIRED reserves the right to reprocess them as deemed appropriate.
SOLE WARRANTY
Unless ASPIRED explicitly agrees to additional or alternate terms in writing, the Warranty described herein is the exclusive and sole warranty offered to ASPIRED's customers. No other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, title, or fitness for a particular purpose, are given or implied.
